The role will work with and create new leads and convert them into sales opportunities. These opportunities are for small businesses struggling to hire and are interested in how VIVAHR can 10X their hiring with our award-winning hiring solution.
The Sales Development Representative position is responsible for identifying and developing leads. VIVAHR is a growing brand with many influencers and media outlets mentioning our product. As these leads come in, you'll be responsible for converting them into qualified opportunities. There will be times when you'll be working with cold contacts to engage and generate interest. The goal is to grow VIVAHR's qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have experience working with B2B opportunities and a relentless desire for growth. We value intelligence, creativity, an upbeat demeanor, and critical thinking!
