About Us

VIVAHR empowers small business owners to compete with hiring A-Players through Culture Marketing™ job posting software. To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing VIVAHR marketing team. The role will build VIVAHR into a thriving global B2B offering, including setting the bar high for impact in key deals and taking the responsibility to accelerate growth.

What You'll Do

We are looking for someone who shares this passion for helping businesses grow and attract great employees. This role will work directly with the President to support all major digital marketing channels as we grow. You use your expertise to accelerate the awareness and growth of VIVAHR through a community of partners. You'll have a fantastic experience getting introduced to many marketing channels and wearing many hats to support the marketing growth of VIVAHR. You must understand marketing trends, SEO, PPC, and Social Media. An understanding of HTML and website structure is a bonus.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about this new generation of marketing channels. If you have the right aptitude and attitude, we have the tools to help you succeed. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  •  Content writing and article writing.
  •  Speaking and Podcast outreach
  •  Working on daily tasks, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
  •  Self-educating on new SEO and Internet trends.
  •  Reporting on successful marketing activities
  •  Building and managing email automation communication

Qualifications

Mandatory Understanding of The Following:

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing or partnerships experience
  • Experience with partner marketing
  • Proficient in writing both technical and conversational
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Managing business accounts on social media
  • Experience in managing a blog
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Professional, friendly, and patient
  • Self-motivated to find solutions to problems

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO and Internet Marketing
  • Design experience
