Arnold Auto Center is a family owned and operated, full service, independent dealership. The body shop, here at Arnold Auto Center, is a direct repair facility for Farmers, Allstate, Hartford, and some of their subsidiaries.  We stay steady through the summer months and become extremely busy during the winter months when all of the winter visitors come to town.  The ideal candidate for our busy body shop would be an experienced auto body technician with their own tools, possess excellent customer service skills, a good attitude, be able to complete repairs in a timely manner, and have the ability to work as a team.   I-Car certification are definitely a plus! We as a company offer paid vacation time, health, dental, and vision insurance.  We also offer a 401k retirement plan that employees have the option to enroll in. Hourly pay is based on a flat rate hour pay system.
