We are searching for an associate that is interesting in learning how to lead and ultimately becoming a partner in our flagship practice. We can provide a daily guarantee, a 401k, malpractice, constant mentorship, and much more. 

Duties

The associate dentist is responsible for providing dental care to patients in a professional and courteous manner. Dental experience preferred but not required; must be comfortable working in an office setting while maintaining confidentiality regarding patient information. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail. Ability to multitask. Excellent customer service skills. Able to work in a team environment.

Detailed job duties include:

Provide dental care to patients in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide comprehensive oral health services including: examinations, treatment planning, patient education, referrals, follow-up visits.

Qualifications

Must be licensed in the state of Florida

Dentists must have excellent oral health and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, dental assistants, etc.
