Red Oak Family Dental is seeking a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team in a 3 days part-time capacity. This position requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as great clinical skills. New grads and seasoned Dental Hygienists are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of dental hygiene procedures and assisting the doctor in educating patients about necessary treatment.

We are a small, private clinic that prioritizes patient-focused care. Our clinic strongly believes in preventative care, patient education, comprehensive quality clinical dentistry, and treating each patient and team member like family.

Dental Hygienist Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform dental prophylaxis and other hygiene procedures
• Provide SRP (Scaling and Root Planing) treatments
• Perform Perio Maintenance procedures
• Administer local anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide inhalation
• Apply sealants if needed
• Take digital radiographs, intraoral pictures
• Assist the doctor in helping patients understand necessary treatment

Dental Hygienist Qualifications:

• New grads and seasoned RDH individuals are welcome to apply
