Overview: As a Management Trainee, you will be the face of the brand in major retail locations, engaging customers and showcasing the available products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include presenting current deals, answering customer inquiries, and enrolling customers in service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively approach and engage customers in retail environments to promote AT&T products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of AT&T’s offerings, including mobile plans, devices, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations on the features and benefits of AT&T products, highlighting deals and special promotions.
- Assist customers in enrolling in service contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with retail staff and management to ensure all compliance requirements are met and upheld to the highest standard
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve engagement strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or sales is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a retail environment.
- Comfortable using technology and mobile devices, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
