Now Hiring! Commercial Paint Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Work with estimating division to ensure project pricing is complete and accurate
- Project manage multiple jobs on time and within budget
- Generate and review submittals
- Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules with employees and GC’s superintendents on the job site
- Ensure project building regulations, compliance, and safety standards are being met
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
- Proactively identifies changes in project scope and ensures appropriate measures are taken
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- 5 plus years of commercial paint project management experience
- 5 plus years of experience utilizing project management software
- Blueprint reading
- Knowledge of type of job and level of finish required
- Knowledge of product data sheets and safety data sheets
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of building products, construction details, quality standards, and relevant rules and regulations
