As a dental hygienist at Flagstaff Downtown Dental, you will have the opportunity to learn from an incredibly knowledgeable and fun-loving staff. We focus on quality work and patient interaction at our office. For this reason, our dental hygienists have assistants that take their patient's x-rays, blood pressure, etc. prior to them getting into the room so that they get a full hour to perform a prophy. Dental Hygienist Responsibilities:

• Performing Prophylaxis, Perio Maintenance, SRP, etc.
• Patient Education
• Diagnosis of dental disease
• X-ray interpretation
• Collaboration with dentists for patients’ treatment plans
• Collaboration with dental specialists in community
• Patient charting and note taking

Hygienist Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Arizona
• High quality care and skills
• Positive professional attitude
• Team player
• Strong organizational skills
• Residing in Flagstaff full-time
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
