Dental Practice Operations Manager

Flagstaff Downtown Dental has been an active part of this community for over 30 years. We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Operations Manager with an upbeat positive attitude, dependable, self-motivated, excellent customer service and leadership skills, detail-oriented, and who is a critical thinker. The Dental Practice Operation Manager roles include, but arenot limited to: HR management, patient scheduling on Eaglesoft, patient account and insurance claim processes, and excellent patient customer service skills.  We encourage professional growth- continuing education is provided and encouraged. You will work closely with our team as we always strive for the highest quality care and the best patient experience.

Operations Manager Requirements:

• Management Experience: (3-5 years in Healthcare, Dental preferred but not required)
• Education: Bachelor's Degree minimum requirement
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive professional attitude
• Team player
• Residing in Flagstaff full-time
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
