RDAEF2 Qualifications:
- Loves dentistry and working with a team of dedicated people.
- Current Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions 2 License.
- Working experience as a RDAEF2 and the ability to perform duties under your licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Dentrix/Dexis experience a plus.
- Experience with an intraoral scanner for digital impressions.
- Dental sterilizing knowledge and infection control protocols.
- Understands OSHA health and safety regulations.
- Understands patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized and possesses problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressured situations.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of a RDAEF2 position.
- Able to follow instructions and take direction from the Doctor, Office Manager or Clinical Lead.
- Willing and open to learn new systems, technology and equipment.
- Reliable and trustworthy with stellar attendance.
- Able to work hours set forth for this position.
- Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:00pm
- Fridays as needed, hours vary.
