Role and Responsibilities: As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding patient care. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Patient Coordination: Greet new patients, conduct office tours, and ensure they complete all necessary paperwork.
• Scheduling and Follow-ups: Maintain a productive schedule for providers; follow up on hygiene and treatment recalls.
• Financial Consultation: Offer financing options and explain treatment plans and patient financial responsibilities.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on treatments, take intraoral photos, and ensure patients understand their care plans.
• Insurance Coordination: Verify insurance details, ensure accurate processing, and understand various insurance plans and benefits.
• Office Administration: Keep organized records, ensure accurate patient documentation, and maintain cleanliness in patient areas.

Superb Computer Skills Required: We are looking for a candidate with exceptional computer skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in:

• Typing: Fast and accurate typing skills for efficient patient record-keeping.
• Spreadsheets: Proficient in using spreadsheet software to manage and track patient and office data.
• Internet Research: Skilled in utilizing Google and other online resources for information gathering.
• Office Software: Competent in using various office and dental software programs particularly Open Dental.
