Position Overview: The Business Support Supervisor will assist in overseeing the Residential Home Services department. They will develop trainings, provide administrative support, maintain office inventory, create documents and assist in the implementation of various software.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to residential department as needed.
  • Develop a training curriculum for residential department.
  • Curriculum should include but not be limited to proprietary software, supplementary software, and department policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain processes for pulling various permits and county inspections.
  • Document processes and procedures for training purposes
  • Responsible for issuing department purchase and truck stock orders.
  • Monthly reconciliation of department credit card
  • Manage office materials - Ordering, organizing, replenishment
  • Reconcile driving violations and distribute promissory notifications to the appropriate manager.
  • Monitor fuel reports
  • Assist with parts ordering and receivable
  • Process warranty claims for parts and equipment
  • Oversee/maintain truck PM/service schedule and fuel cards: Ensure Truck Lists are updated for departments
  • Create and update monthly debrief worksheets
  • Understand flat rate codes, software (Profit Rhino) and how it implements with DB
  • Assist with software implementation
  • Schedule truck maintenance for department vehicles.

Key Skills:

  • Intermediate level administrative skills including but not limited to the use of office software products Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, dispatching program, GPS tracking and online applications
  • Training, customer service, data entry, administrative duties
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • The ability to multi-task & meet outlined time-sensitive deadlines
  • Preferred Knowledge: Pulling permits and scheduling permits and prior industry related knowledge

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Required: Four (4) years in a general office environment
  • Preferred: Five (5) or more years in a general office environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Body Positions: Standing, sitting, walking
  • Body Movements: Carrying items, use of hands, eyes, arms and voice

Mental Requirements:

  • Requires knowledge of general business mathematics
  • Language ability includes reading, writing, spelling, and the ability to orally communicate clearly on technical and business topics in English

This is an in-office role, Monday-Friday.
