This is a skilled field and supervisory position involving the installation, modification, and repair of plumbing and related systems, equipment, and fixtures. This candidate should be comfortable assuming either position listed below as workload dictates.

Plumbing Field Journeyman

This individual should be able to complete small contract projects such as grease trap, Backflow, and Commercial Water heater installations as well as oversee between 2 and 10 people on small construction / renovation sites.

Project Foreman

Candidate must be well rounded and have a strong background in Plumbing Systems. Candidate must be able to manage small projects ranging from $50,000-$500,000. Performing duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to, managing labor, sub-contractors, and project according to plans and specifications.  Candidate must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with all employees, General Contractors, Owners, Owner Reps, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Trades, Inspectors, and Vendors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Plumbing
• Journeyman Plumbing and Gas Fitting preferred
• Extensive knowledge of all codes
• Detailed resume with references within the industry
• Portfolio or History of previous projects
• Must be familiar with all aspects of Plumbing from the ground through the roof
• Must be computer literate and tech savvy
