 Position Overview: We are looking for a Commercial Customer Service Representative to promote customer satisfaction by booking sales requests through the receipt of inbound phone calls, internet requests and making outbound phone calls.  Our ideal Customer Service Representative will be courteous, energetic, and willing to learn and grow within a supportive and structured environment.  Responsibilities:

  • Receiving inbound calls
  • Making outbound phone calls to follow up on sales proposals issued by outside sales reps
  • Performing heavy data entry
  • Explaining processes to customers
  • Researching and resolving customer questions
  • You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers.
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.

 Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
  • Required: Two (2) years of sales experience and/or training in customer service, data entry, 
  • Call center experience preferred

Monday through Friday 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. Specific shift to be issued at the time of hire. One Saturday per month required 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Additional hours may be required as deemed necessary.
