Pay: From $23.00 per hour

We are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians in the Residential Service Department. The best candidate must be able to perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to installing, maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems. Skill set must include the ability to repair residential and commercial customer’s products while providing top notch customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigates problems and performs repairs on various systems
• Maintain a high quality of service at all times
• Meet key productivity metrics and goals as set by the company
• Think outside the box on ways to enhance service/experience
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Follow truck maintenance schedule/ keep a clean truck

Job Requirements:

• Current HVAC Journeyman License (Preferred)
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work well on a team
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• CFC Universal Certification required
• Must pass pre-employment background check

Required Education:

• 4 years High School or Equivalent

Required Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in HVAC service/repair/ installation

Required License or Certification:

• Valid License and Clean Driving Record
