Pay: $16-$17/hr + Commission

Position Overview: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company! Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service environment where a large amount of phone calls were made/taken.

Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls
• Book appointments
• Educate customers on the excellent services the company provides
• Engage the customer to incite loyalty
• Provide world class customer service every day

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
• Required: Two (2) years’ related experience and/or training in customer service, data entry, or other administrative positions

This is an in-office role, Monday-Friday with varying hours between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and may include some weekends.
