Salary Range:  $26.00 - $28.00 hour

As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for performing pest inspections, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Specializing in fumigation services, we also provide general pest control and conventional termite control services. RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Conduct thorough pest inspections at residential and commercial properties to identify infestations, determine the type of pest, and assess the level of damage.•Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans based on the identified pests and the specific needs of each customer.•Safely and effectively apply pest control treatments, including the use of chemicals, baits, traps, and other control methods.•Educate customers on pest prevention measures, hygiene practices, and proper maintenance to minimize future infestations.•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction with the pest control services provided.•Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including reports on inspections, treatments performed, products used, and recommendations for follow-up visits.•Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.•Stay updated on industry trends, new pest control techniques, and advancements in pest control products and technologies.•Collaborate with team members, including supervisors and technicians, to coordinate schedules, share knowledge, and improve overall service quality.•Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive image and building strong relationships with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification or training in pest control is a plus).•Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.•Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective control methods.•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess pest-related situations and determine appropriate treatment strategies.•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.•Physical ability to climb ladders, access tight spaces, and perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, and lifting.•Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet customer appointments and service deadlines.•Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, if necessary, to accommodate customer schedules.
