Salary Range:  $24.00 - $26.00 hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and licensed Pest Control Termite Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Applicator License and FR2 and FR3 licenses, demonstrating a strong understanding of pest control methods, particularly focused on termite eradication. The Pest Control Termite Technician will be responsible for inspecting premises, identifying termite infestations, and implementing effective pest control solutions in compliance with industry regulations.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
  • Document findings and recommend appropriate treatment methods.
  • Apply approved pest control treatments and termite extermination methods, ensuring the safety of residents, pets, and the environment.
  • Utilize appropriate equipment and chemicals to eliminate termites and prevent future infestations.
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing pest control activities, ensuring proper use of pesticides and chemicals.
  • Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, including treatment plans, chemical usage, and customer information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the treatment process, addressing concerns, and providing recommendations for preventing future termite issues.
  • Educate clients on termite behavior, conducive conditions, and best practices for termite prevention.
  • Work closely with other pest control technicians, coordinators, and management to coordinate schedules, share knowledge, and ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in termite control.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Applicator License and FR2 and FR3 licenses, demonstrating expertise in pest control and termite eradication.
  •  Previous experience in pest control specifically focused on termite management, is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of termite behavior, identification, and effective control methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection findings and treatment plans.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy equipment/materials as required.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills to assess termite infestations and determine the most effective eradication methods.
  •  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
