Currently looking for a SPID Licensee with a CDL and a Hazmat Endorsement,this is a supervisory role directly leading a fumigation crew. Reports to the Branch Manager. The main objective of this position is the tent fumigation of residential as well as commercial properties, individuals should have a license and have some experience in the structural fumigation industry. This position will qualify for a $2,000 signing bonus broken down into three payments. 

 Responsibilities

 1. Meets each morning with crew to prepare for days work.

 2. Works with his crew to complete assigned work for the day.

 3. Provides updates, status and needs to branch manager on each job.

 4. Ensures the fumigation team performs work accordingly to State and manufacturer's guidelines as well as The Pest Group safety standards and operating procedures, label and legal compliance.

 5. Ensures that teams safely meet production goals on a daily basis.

 6. Manages customer complaints by listening, documenting and resolving any issues, involve branch management as needed.

 7. Assists with recruiting associates for fumigation work teams.

 8. Ensures all paperwork is fully completed and submitted on time to office team.

Job Type: Full-time

 Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
