Essential Job Functions:

• Hire, train and develop qualified service, sales and administrative personnel.
• Analyze determinates of profitability and take appropriate action to adjust (P&L).
• Plan/set/achieve sales goals; utilize multiple process to generate and respond to sales leads; Coach salespeople
• Plan, assign and direct work.
• Communicate via email to our customers
• Perform essential job functions of other position as necessary (must be familiar with all job functions at the branch).
• Communicate with customers, branch personnel by phone, in person and/or in writing.
• Maintain a safe working environment for members of the branch, enforce the use of safety gear (PPE) correctly and in accordance with current OSHA guidelines.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Honest, reliable and accountable.
• Represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public.
• Driving company vehicle to customers’ houses or place of business.  This requires a valid CDL license with HAZMAT endorsement and maintaining a good driving record according to company policy.
• Obtain and maintain certifications/licenses Branch 1, 2 and 3) as required by federal, state and local regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Walking, sitting, standing, bending, crawling, squatting, kneeling, stepping, climbing, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, squeezing, pulling, stretching and balancing.
• Lift, hold and/or move up to 50 lbs or greater.
• Perform duties outdoors in all weather and in various temperatures and conditions.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Ability to wear SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus).

Compensation/Benefits:

• $65,000-70,000 starting salary with additional 20% bonus structure
• 10% commission for organic sales/referrals
