We are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist who can provide a range of dental services to our patients in our growing, beautiful Dr. Phillips practice with a fun and productive culture. Here you will treat high income patients and work with a well trained staff! Office only accepts FFS and PPO insurances.

The Associate dentist will welcome patients, assess their dental health, and perform necessary comprehensive dental procedures. Our ideal candidate will be friendly, compassionate, articulate and professional. They would be proficient and confident in explaining necessary dental treatment. Ideal candidates would also be goal-oriented with a passion for growth. 

Associate Dentist Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties include: 

• Assess patients’ medical records
• Diagnose dental illnesses or infections
• Prepare and articulate treatment to patients
• Dental prosthetics such as bridges, crowns, and dentures
• Perform tooth fillings, extractions, bone grafts, implants and root canal procedures
• Prescribe medication as needed
• Promote good oral health and preventive dental care (e.g., by education on regular check-ups)
• Develop treatment plans to improve patients’ oral health and habits. 

Associate Dentist Requirements:

• Florida DDS/DMD license
• At least 1 year experience working at a dentist
