• Following up on 20-30 leads a week generated by our marketing efforts
• Meeting with mostly residential clients to provide estimates and follow p on service
• Following processes for generating customer referrals
• generate your own leads
• Expected to generate a minimum $350,000 in business first 1-2 years (the average is $600k)
• Commercial and Residential clients, PLUS several services we offer, all lead to great commissions
