We are searching for an amazing and kind Dental Office Manager to help our team and our practice. Our team is growing and we enjoy working together. We have wonderful patients and a beautiful facility to work in.

Responsibilities: 

• HR tasks such as hiring and onboarding and performance reviews
• Payroll and PTO requests
• Ensuring the team is scheduling accurately
• Helping the practice grow
• Leading meetings
• Motivating team members 

 Requirements:

• Experience as an office manager in a dental practice
• Quick learner
• Leadership ability
• People skills 
• Computer skills with dental software
• Excel and Word a must
