The Honey Do Service of Franklin is actively seeking to add an experienced Production Foreman to our team in Spring Hill, TN. Our ideal candidate will be organized and professional with a good overall knowledge of all trades from carpentry, painting, and drywall to light plumbing and electrical. We want someone with excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities. It is crucial that interactions with customers and co-workers be positive, trustworthy and professional.
Our Foremen are responsible for the oversight of our craftsmen, materials and projects. They supervise and maintain job site cleanliness and quality, conduct safety meetings, and monitor uniforms and vehicles. They order and deliver job materials, tools, and rental equipment when needed. They maintain an industry level of skill and productivity, as well as set and monitor the pace of production. QUALIFICATIONS:
Foreman experience
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor electrical and plumbing
Own standard set of tools to perform the forementioned trades
Strong people skills and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
Valid Driver's License
Understanding of building products and equipment rental process
Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions and a drug test
Benefits, Pay Scale and Schedule:
This is a full-time hourly position. The pay is $25-$30/hr based on experience. We offer full benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 401K. We also perform regular pay reviews, with your first one at 60 days. Work schedule is steady work year round, with a set Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30. We offer a company vehicle and fuel reimbursement.
