Welcome to Dental A Team, a company you’ll want to work for!  This position drives Dental A Team’s growth and customer happiness.   Do you love attracting clients through pipeline strategies and closing them? Are you the person everyone gravitates to because everyone loves and trusts you?  Do you have dental experience? If you’re shaking your head, yes, read on!

This role is the front line of all prospects, clients, and customers. Your number one goal is sales, closely followed by partnering with marketing to build pipelines and creative ways to attract and engage prospective clients.  

With your eyes and ears on the pulse of our prospects and clients, you hold the secret sauce to the needs of everyone.  These needs are the driving force behind customer success and sales.  As a robust and lean company, your role includes sales, marketing ideas, and health checks on our client’s success.  

We are only accepting resumes from Nevada, Arizona, and Utah.  Living in Reno is an additional plus!

Reports to: Customer Success Lead

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for meeting new business sales goals 

  • Sales include consulting programs, online and in person

  • Communicate prospect needs to drive the marketing strategy and potentially the deliverables

  • Work with marketing to create sales funnels. 

  • Own the CRM database and processes

  • Passion for client engagement, sales,  follow-up, and client retention

Must-haves

  • A background in high-end or service sales, customer service, and dental is a plus!

  • Online sales experience

  • Selling the intangible 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication

  • Excellent at connecting with people and building trust immediately 

  • Incredibly organized

  • HIGH attention to detail

  • INCREDIBLE VIP customer service

  • Loves to laugh and have fun

  • A desire to constantly adds value to the company and customers 

  • Can figure anything out-- Jack of all Trades-- or super fast at googling and figuring it out!! :)

  • Working knowledge of google drive, CRMs, and social platforms

  • STRONG accountability and follow through without being reminded

  • Love what you do :)
