THE POSITION

We are hiring a Graphic Designer who can work as part of a small team and will thrive in creating visually compelling graphics across various platforms. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity, designing promotional materials, and supporting our marketing initiatives.

This person will need to have great attention to detail, prior experience in graphic design, and the ability to produce high-quality work across multiple areas.

There is a lot of opportunity in exploring and creating new design concepts to grow the business.

JOBS TO BE DONE

• Create visually appealing and effective graphics for web, social media, print, and presentations.

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, advertisements, and campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure innovative and fresh content.

• Manage content promotions and assist in developing lead generation strategies.

• Support the production of video and digital photography content.

• Travel to attend all company events and industry conferences.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong command of design principles and comfortable leading design projects from concept to delivery.

• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.

• Experience and/or interest in the dental services industry.

• Experience in designing for B2B marketing.

• Familiarity with video production and digital photography.
