Requirements:

• 2 years Dental Office Management experience

• Proven history of growing a dental practice

• Multi-doctor experience

• Billing is a must! You must know how to bill insurance

• Business acumen is a must: Reading PnLs, overhead, how to drive down overhead while increasing profits

• Must LOVE to interact with teams and people– this is a very outgoing position and requires a lot of social IQ
