Role Overview:

As our Full-Time Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting us in managing our digital marketing initiatives, specifically around promoting our podcast, events, and our brand over social media channels and through events. This role will work alongside two other marketing team members developing and executing growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social platforms.

• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve our strategy.

• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute the overarching podcast growth strategy.

• Create captivating PowerPoint presentations for speakers and external/internal events.

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and build positive brand recognition.

• Assist in various marketing and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for businesses or organizations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

• Video Editing is a plus.

• Podcast growth experience is a plus.

• HubSpot experience is a plus.

• Interest in the dental industry is a plus.
