Our incredible dental consulting team is in search of a STELLAR dental treatment coordinator who is looking to change careers-- while using the same insane skills you discovered in the dental office! We work with dental offices across the nation and we want to bring in a killer treatment coordinator for our inside sales team.We are looking for someone who we can count on to not only care about us as a company, but can also go above and beyond caring for our clients and close leads! Our company is one that loves to work hard and have a ton of fun doing it.

We need to bring a dental treatment coordinator to help us deliver the best value to our incredible clients, close leads, reactivate clients and have a creative edge in design as well-- designing those sales funnels and emails are a must!

Our Ideal Candidate would be: 

1. LOVES to close cases-- confident closing large ones-- over $50K and does it successfully

2. HIGH attention to detail

3. Money and price tags aren’t an issue

4. Has INSANE follow-up. We are talking-- clients close within a week of connecting with us type of follow up

5. INCREDIBLE VIP customer service

6. Loves to laugh and have fun

7. Adds value constantly without being told

8. Looks for ways to increase efficiency in the company

9. Can figure anything out-- Jack of all Trades-- or super fast at googling and figuring it out!! :)

10. Super tech savvy-- we are fully virtual and there will be a lot of platforms to learn 

11. STRONG accountability and follow through without being reminded

What you’ll get:

● Base salary + commission

● No income cap!

● Typically a Monday-Friday work schedule!
