As the face of Dental A Team, you will be the linchpin connecting prospects, clients, and DAT. Your primary goal is to drive sales, closely followed by ensuring every customer and prospect feels heard and receives timely responses. You hold the key to meeting everyone's needs, which is pivotal to customer success and sales. Working in our dynamic and efficient company, you'll take on a multifaceted role, encompassing sales, client satisfaction, and success assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all sales, fulfillment, and customer service initiatives
• Provide comprehensive follow-ups on client successes and service requirements
• Effectively communicate prospect needs to shape marketing strategies and deliverables
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales funnels
• Consistently follow up with VIP clients to ensure they enjoy the best possible experience
• Own the CRM database and optimize processes
• Infuse your passion for sales, follow-up, client retention, and satisfaction into your work
