• Completely create the marketing plan and budget
• Idea and growth generation and execution 
• Analytics/Metrics on multiple platforms
• HubSpot marketing
• Kajabi is a plus - experience in website design and build
• Market and soups to nuts creation of virtual and in-person events
• Affiliate marketing - people love you
• Team Management - your team, follows you everywhere
• Graphic Design and content creation for flyers, banners, newsletters, social media
• Launch new products from idea to completion with plans, execution, and hitting all deadlines

Experience musts:

• Degree in marketing, communication, or journalism 
• Minimum of 3 years driving a marketing department
• A/B testing
• Running marketing meetings weekly with agendas and follow up
• Proven record of growing a company through your marketing efforts and analytics
• Market research
