The Operations position is the glue to the success of Dental A Team! You are the ears and eyes to ensure we don’t miss a beat.  This role reports to The CEO, driving success through operational efficiency, marketing strategy, people management, financial reviews to ensure we are on track for revenue and expenses, and company-wide project management.  Along with Kiera, you are the face of the DAT.   You must be a loyalist, supporting the CEO and turning concerns or negative issues into positive outcomes.

Objectives

• Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring levels

• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning

• Oversee daily company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and organizational outcomes are met

• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention through analysis, data, and metrics

• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication. Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement

• Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO

• Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, sales and marketing, and partner with

CEO on consulting division to achieve growth targets

• Aggressively manage revenue and expenses to ensure the company achieves targets for growth and profitability

• Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed current reports and forecasts

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, and stakeholders 

• Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance

• Experience building and integrating a marketing strategy that can keep our annual growth at 43%
