• Proven track record of growing small businesses successfully with YOUR strategy and execution ($2M to $40M+)

• Previous experience collaborating with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, and marketing strategy 

• Experience building and integrating a marketing strategy that can keep our annual growth at 43%

• Knowledge of using financials to pivot and grow the company

• “Traction” EOS knowledge is a huge plus

• Manage the marketing team and do it yourself– you should know how to do this since you’ve grown small businesses.

• You will be building a marketing team when the revenue supports it. Until then– you are the Swiss army knife today that will grow your team of one.

• Track record launching new products successfully with market research and data to support decisions

• Graphic design

• Strong content strategy and creation

• Create and deploy marketing campaigns to increase SQLs monthly

• Create A/B testing

• A Hubspot guru

• Event planning expert– we do a lot of virtual and in-person events

• Affiliate marketing experience

• Sponsor management and recruitment 

• Create, analyze, and interpret key metrics 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA a plus! 

• Tech- savvy-- we are 100000% virtual

• Well-organized and detail-oriented

• Exceptional communication and copywriting skills

• Video editing
