Sales, Customer Success, and Personal Administrative Assistant

The sales and customer success position drives Dental A Team’s growth and customer happiness.   This role is the front line of all prospects, clients, and customers.  Your goal is to ensure the company is on top of the sales process through administrative coordination and that all customers and prospects are listened to and responded to in a timely manner.  As the liaison between prospect, client and DAT, you hold the secret sauce to the needs of everyone.  These needs are the driving force behind marketing, customer success, and sales strategy.  As a robust and lean company, your role includes coordinating sales for the CEO, client fulfillment, and health checks on their success.  This is an opportunity to get in on the sales and customer service ground floor!  By working closely with our CEO and team, we aim to teach you how to master our sales and customer success process!  

Reports to: CEO/Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist with all sales and customer service initiatives 

  • Provide detailed follow-up on client successes and service needs

  • Follow up with all leads on the company’s set processes

  • Communicate prospect needs to drive the marketing strategy and potentially the deliverables

  • Work with marketing to create sales funnels 

  • Strong in Client VIP follow-up daily, weekly, etc.

  • Ensure clients have the most incredible experience

  • Own the CRM database and processes

  • Passion for sales, follow-up, client retention, and satisfaction.

  • Able to assist with all things sales, as well as other misc. Admin. tasks.

  • Can figure anything out-- Jack of all Trades-- or super fast at googling and figuring it out!! :)

  • Working knowledge of google drive, sales CRMs, and social platforms

  • STRONG accountability and follow through without being reminded

  • Love what you do :)
