We are a dental consulting company looking to bring in THE BEST Regional Dental Managers/Dental Consultants in Utah and Nevada to consult with our client offices across the nation. 

Much of our consulting is virtual, but-- we do travel! And we need a ROCKSTAR Regional Dental Manager or an experienced Dental Consultant to join our team as our next Dental Consultant! We will ONLY hire an individual within the states of NV/UT, and please note, we travel NATIONWIDE, so you will be required to travel out of state for offices!

The nuts and bolts of the job really come down to everything you do as a regional manager and consultant, but you will be consulting in offices across the nation:

- KPIs

- Hitting monthly goals

- Reviewing overhead and looking for ways to improve

- Monthly 1:1s with team members

- Billing- running AR reports, adjustments, claims, etc.

- Team morale

- Presenting TX plans

- Convincing people to change - is the real challenge of consulting!
