Salary Range:  $110000 - $200000 year

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Market Manager is responsible for building strong partnerships across our organization and throughout their market. They are responsible for building and growing long-term relationships with valued customers through lead generation, prospecting, problem solving and maintaining clear and honest communication. The Market Manager meets regularly with prospective and existing customers to solve problems, perform presentations, and sell the value Independent Waste brings its partners - both internal and external. This position will have complete organizational support, but at the same time requires a leader that is willing to do the work, not just find someone to delegate the work to.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Selling new business through referrals, cold calling, lead generation services and organization networking

Account management for existing customers by building long term relationships

Maintain an active sales funnel

Manage asset inventory accurately to match future sales funnel
