Salary Range:  $750.00 - $850.00 week

ARTS is a leading company in the commodities sector, is excited to announce a full-time job opening for a Dealer Representative. This dynamic position is designed for a proactive and passionate individual aiming to make significant impacts within our direct sales and customer relations teams. The role focuses on promoting ARTS products and providing great cleaning products to our customers. As this is not a remote job, the successful candidate will be based at our headquarters, where they will collaborate directly with our sales and marketing departments. The Dealer Representative will play a critical role in driving our business goals and expanding our company growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure they are engaged and profitable partners.
  • Analyze market trends and dealer sales performance to develop tailored strategies for market penetration and sales boosts.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns that align with dealer needs and preferences.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with dealers promptly and professionally to maintain business continuity.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge in dealer management and satisfaction.
  • Implement dealer performance tracking systems and criteria, including incentive programs to boost dealer productivity and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable laws and regulations in all dealer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dealer Representative or similar sales role in the commodity sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and market penetration strategies specific to dealership management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required for dealer visits, trade shows, and other related business duties.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in early stages.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, ensuring mobility and reliability in reaching out to dealers and attending relevant events.
