As our company’s Customer Service Representative, you will be the person who develops a positive relationship between our potential and existing customers. Representatives in our company play an important role in the growth of our company and must have the essential skills required to continue that growth with our client base. We are looking for associates who have great communication skills and have a positive, goal-oriented attitude to join our team. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers in finding what they are looking for and determining which products best suit their needs

• Continually improve their customer service skills

• Learn and be knowledgeable about the company’s products

• Work with co-workers to maximize customer satisfaction

• Create valuable and trusting relationship with customers

• Attend and engage in team meetings

Requirements:

• Friendly and Professional demeanor

• Positive Attitude is a must

• Minimum of a High School degree

• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Provide exceptional customer support

• Assist current customers with product questions and provide in-person product presentations

• Align customers needs with our products

Schedule and Pay:

• Monday-Friday

• Flexible Schedule

• $750/week per company agreement

• Full Time
