• 1+ years in insurance-related and roofing project coordination
• Knows the ins and outs of the insurance process and of the defined project management process

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Helps solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards in a way that promotes win-win outcomes, long-term customer savings and elevated positions for the company
• Manages and supervises crew partners, visiting jobsites throughout the day and assigning work according to crew ability and availability
• Manages insurance restoration projects through to completion, supplementation and collection
• Always recruiting new crews
• WOWs customers
• Promotes the company online
• Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, makig add-ons, etc.
• Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!
• Keep employees, homeowners, and subcontractors on the same page at all times by over-communicating clarity
• MUST be comfortable and experienced with walking on and inspecting the roof!
