Phillips needs energetic, problem-solving, customer-centric Residential Remodel Project Managers to coordinate and supervise projects and assist homeowners with their painting (interior and exterior), gutter, and carpentry needs.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Spanish Speaking
• Coachable; Trainable
• No Project Management experience required; we train!

• Ability to climb a ladder occasionally to inspect work

The Ideal Residential Remodel Project Manager Candidate:

• 1+ years in home improvement project coordination
• Knows and utilizes a defined project management process
• Speaks Spanish Fluently
• Knows the ins and outs of painting, simple carpentry and roofing
• WOWs customers
• Promotes the company online
• Prioritizes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, making add-ons, etc.
• Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Helps solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards in a way that promotes win-win outcomes, long-term customer savings and elevated positions for the company
• Manages and supervises crew partners, visiting jobsites throughout the day and assigning work according to crew ability and availability
• Manages projects through completion and collection
• Always recruiting new crews
