Introduction.

We are a cleaning company with more than 20 years on the market, we provide different type of services in different store chains and we are currently looking for an Account Manager join our management team.

Job Description.

As our Account Manager you will cover different responsabilities and perform several tasks such as:

• Organize schedules for different cleaners.
• Visit different locations to inspect the quality of our services and report what you find.
• Train new cleaners in your area.
• Perform quality assurance visits, helping cleaners that are struggling with their locations.
• Be constantly in touch with our clients, responding emails and messages.

Important Details.

Working as an Account Manager, these are some very important details you must know.

• You will be visiting different stores, and not all of them are in Orlando, some of them are in the nearby cities, such as Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport, etc.
• We can and will provide training so you can learn to provide all the services you must be familiar with, so later you can train new cleaners, so you must be open to learn, and having previous cleaning experience is a huge plus.
• We are looking for someone capable to manage a team, providing quick responses to our cleaners concerns and knows how to react facing the different situations that can show up.
• Our Account Manager must have at least basic English, in order to comunicate with the managers of the different locations we serve.
• Our Account Manager must have a drivers lisence and if possible, a vehicle of his/her own

Payment Orgnization and Schedule.

• Salary: $3,000/Month, $36,000/year.
• The payments are done via direct deposit, the prospect must have a Bank Account, SSN, and Work Permit.
• We pay twice a month, the days 7th and 22nd of each month.
• The days worked between the 1st and the 15th of each month are deposited the next day 22nd, the days worked between the 16th and the last day of each month are deposited the next day 7th.
