Account Manager – Business Development

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to support and manage key client relationships.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Compensation: $15 per hour + Gasoline help
• Payment Schedule: Twice-month (Every 7th and 22nd of the month, via direct deposit)
  • Days worked from 1st to 15th: Paid on the 22nd
  • Days worked from 16th to end of month: Paid on the 7th

Ideal Candidate:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Owns a reliable vehicle
• Friendly, personable, and skilled at customer interaction
• Willingness to work overtime if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and meet customer expectations
• Manage and oversee the field team
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, managing issues effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise
• Coordinate and communicate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct field visits to assess team progress and address challenges
• Assist with additional duties based on business needs
