Payment: $150 per month, per store.
Direct deposit into bank account twice a month
Landscaping service 1x per week in each store (you can choose the day, but it needs to be the same day every week). Any time, preferably daylight to take good photos of the services.

We are looking for someone who already works in the area and already has the materials.
Payment is for RLM & for 1 additional tree trimming per month.
This is the scope of work for landscaping:
Recurring landscape maintenance: This service is the most important because it happens regularly throughout the season. The customer would like to have the grass cut, edged, and trimmed.
The weeds are to be removed either by a chemical spray, weed trimmer, or by hand throughout the property.
Finally, the trash is to be picked up in both the parking lot, sidewalk, and, other areas throughout the property and removed away from the property.
The trash bins for the store can only use by the employees.
Additional Tree Trimming: They would like the small number of trees to have light pruning to make sure the trees are not hitting any customers or vehicles. This service would be done once a year.
Fall Cleanup: this service would also happen once a year during the end of the year to make sure the leaves and the trash are being picked up and removed from the property.
Fertilization: The fertilizer services would happen about 2 times per year and it’s to make sure the grass, trees, and bushes are healthy throughout the season.
Shrub Trimming: this season is also once a year to make sure the shrubs are trimmed back into shape and presentable to the customer.
Spring Cleanup: this service would also happen once a year during the beginning of the year to make sure the leaves and the trash are being picked up and removed from the property.
