Janitor & Floor Tech
Pay: $2500 Monthly ($1250 paid every 6th and 21st of the month.)
⏰ Job Hours: Employee or vendor will have a route with approximately 2 retail location porter service which can be don in 30 minutes each and 3 to 4 auto scrub at other retail locations which can be done in about 1 hour and 15 minutes each location. Most like work will be done Monday thru Saturday from 4p.m. to 10 p.m. or 12:a.m.
Service Description: Employee / vendor has to be provide porter service to retail location parking lots as well as provide floor auto scrub. Employee / vendor must be able to commute to several areas. Jobs are located in Daytona, Deltona, Holly Hill, Edgewater, New Smyrna, Deland, Palm Coast, Orange City and Saint Augustine.
Retail Location Porter: Blow sidewalks and remove debris from parking lots
Retail Location Auto scrub: Dust mop all floor areas, vacuum entry mat, scrape gum and stickers off the floors, sweep and mop restrooms, Run an auto scrubber throughout sale floors, mop office, back room hallways and immunization rooms.
Employee / Vendor must have a smart phone, speak English, valid driver’s license with a clean record.
In case a store is missed employee / vendor will have the opportunity to get it done on Sunday to avoid payment penalties.
