- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial customers.
- Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to clients during stressful situations.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle stocked with essential tools and parts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing service and repair.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for on-call shifts during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
- Comfort with working in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina to complete tasks efficiently.
