Job Summary: The General Laborer will assist plumbers and technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist plumbers with the installation and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.

• Prepare and clean job sites before and after work completion.

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.

• Dig trenches and lay pipework as required.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

• Provide support to team members as needed.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in construction or plumbing is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).

• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
