A Top Rated Leading Dental Office in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator.

Biltmore Commons is currently hiring for our front office team. Our wonderful front office team consists of four caring professionals who love to work together and jump wherever the help is needed.  Each team member is cross trained.  This allows for upwards growth and a variety of important skills.  

Currently, we are looking for a treatment coordinator who loves people and cares about them .  

• This position involves presenting large and complex treatment plans. 

• The skills needed to accomplish this task include a high level communication and presentation. 

• These conversations happen both at check out stations and the consult room for larger cases. 

• For this position we are also needing high proficiency in generating treatment plans using Dentrix office management software. Obviously to complete this the team member needs to have experience with Dentrix in order to generate the treatment plans properly and in the correct priority as well as understanding the treatment plan so that it can be presented convincingly to the patient. 

• We are a large office with 4 doctors, 5 hygienists, 5 assistants, and 4 front office team members. We all work hard to maintain a great work atmosphere in the office and we would expect the new hire to have those same goals.

• We offer a pay range of $22-$27 an hour.  

• We offer 6 days PTO/holiday paid, 

• We offer a work week equivalent vacation after 1 year employed and 2 week equivalent after 3 years employment. 

• Full time is available which includes a ½ day on Fridays.
