Join a Winning Team!   Worth Painting, LLC has one (1) Sales Representative position to fill in the Winston-Salem, NC area.  Not everyone will qualify so please read the requirements carefully.

First year, on-goal total compensation $125,000 with no cap, plus benefits

You will be covering the Piedmont-Triad area,  primarily focused on developing Commercial opportunities. You must live within 30 min of Winston Salem.

You must have experience selling to residential and commercial (B2B) customers. you do not need trades industry experience.

You must have the following sales capabilities:

• proactively build a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities 
• use a consultative approach to selling, with good listening and questioning skills.
• analyze blue prints and project plan
• excellent relationship building skills
• well organized, sell value, and use a CRM
• excellent writing and presentation skills
• excellent driving record
