We are seeking a reliable, organized, ambitious, and positive TEAM player to join our growing TEAM!!!!  This inside operations coordinator serves as a key support role to ensure the organization runs smoothly and oversee many administrative tasks.    The right individual will take the handoff from sales and prepares the project for production.  This includes customer emails, scheduling communications with customers, and coordinating with field staff and managers.  Of primary importance is scheduling communication with the field and customers.  This role will also participate in the recruiting and screening process as well as scheduling candidates for interviews.  

Responsibilities

• Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams

• Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals

• Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards

• Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

• Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role

• Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients

• Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening

• Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels

• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
