Worth Painting, LLC is looking for Craftsman Painters that are decent human beings of high integrity, work ethic, and dependability to perform under minimal supervision. This position will include performing skilled work in the painting of residential and commercial environments.  Some duties include proper covering, surface preparation, and application of many different coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, floors, exteriors, and related surfaces. This individual will apply coatings by brush, roll, and spray.  Applicant should have exceptional time management skills and enjoy a TEAM environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review, comprehend, and execute work orders
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow Company job sequencing and standard operating procedures
• Lead and guide apprentice painters
• Maintain a respectful and comfortable work environment

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsite
• Lift 50lbs
• Climb ladders
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug test
